Defining Integrations

  • An Integration must first be defined before it can be used in the Agent.

  • Defining the Integration allows the common boilerplate for that integration to be configured once and then used repeatedly throughout your Agent.

  • Actually using the defined Integration in the Agent therefore only requires specification of any additional configuration details that are relevant to where it’s being used.

  • Click the ‘+’ icon at the top left of the Integrations Section
  • A new blank Integration Definition will be added to the list of defined Integrations
  • Select the Integration Type from the list of supported types
  • Continue and fully configure the specific Integration Definition. Full details of each Integration Type are provided in the following pages.

Deleting a Defined Integration

  • Click the trash icon for the Integration.
  • The authoring portal will prevent you deleting an integration that is still in use
